WAITED 45 FLIPPING MINUTES FOR A MY CHICKEN CANTINA MEAL AND GUESS WHAT THEY FORGOT MY FREAKING QUESADILLA IN MY MEAL. THEY GAVE ME ALL MY SAUCES BUT NOT MY FREAKING FOOD. As I was writing this review they upgraded my meal and gave me another free taco, you get 2 stars because you made up for your mistakes but still no way in heck should I have to wait 45 mins for a flipping quesadillas. They’re Always making the hungry people wait FOR EVERRRRRRRRRRRR.

The staff were good, the food was delicious, and the restaurant atmosphere was peaceful, but the people in the kitchen were talking loudly.

I usually don’t take the time to write a negative review. But this Taco Bell has some of the worst customer service and the employees especially later in the evening and nights are terrible.

I am reporting an incident at the Carmel, Indiana Taco Bell. Last night a drive-thru worker told me her name was Maria. This morning I learned no one named Maria works there and that the person I interacted with was actually Gray, the General Manager.
I visited the store around 6:30 PM to resolve an issue with a Friday online order after being told to come in. When I asked for the manager, Gray approached. As I explained the situation, she dismissed me with a hand gesture and walked away. She left me waiting over 15 minutes while handling drive-thru orders, then ignored me while on her phone and talking with staff.
When I asked another employee for help, I heard Gray tell them in Spanish that I “wanted free food,” that I had no receipt, and that “Black people want free food.” She did not know I understood her. When I confronted her, she gave a false name.
I request a full investigation. The cameras will confirm my account.
