- TJTodd JonesDec 15, 20251.0The young man that served our food was efficient and friendly. The food however was less than desirable. Many of the toppings looked as of they had been sitting in the warmer all day. They were out of several other toppings. By far the worst Qdoba I've ever been to.

Did not get acknowledged until after standing at the counter for 5 minutes. Not very friendly at all. Mid order the lady disappeared without saying anything and her colleague said "she will be right back." She returns with a beaker of hot sauce to go in the chicken which was obviously forgot about in there prep. I decided to pass on this freshly beaker mixed Adobo chicken and go for the brisket which was good. Me: "Adobe chicken please". employee: disappears... Me:"I'll take the brisket" employee:(mixing beaker chicken) "Oh you don't like?" Me: "I'll the brisket." I won't be back to this location.

They told me it would be ANOTHER 15 mins. So I just ate the dried steak and rice. After waiting for half an hour I still paid FULL PRICE. Btw I was the first one to enter in this location cause the doors was still locked.

I came in to get food and the lady literally didn’t greet me but helped a couple behind me and when I politely waited until she was done with the other people she was rude and did not want to prepare my food and another employee was digging in her nose and blowing her nose on her shirt. When I say I will NEVER come back to this location I mean it and I will be sure to tell others as well.
