  Walked in to get my pick up order and 2 guys are standing at the register with their backs turned just casually talking. One guy finally turns around after 5 minutes of me standing there to greet me. I noticed the guy making the dough wasn’t wearing any gloves. Then I looked around and nobody was wearing gloves but was touching multiple things and was still handling food. When I asked about gloves, he said the state doesn’t require it because they put food in the oven that will kill any germs…. Like huh?! I just got over the flu and haven’t been able to eat anything in days so when I seen that it turned my stomach even more. Came home and the pizza in fact did make me throw up.

  They screwed up the pizza that I had ordered gave me somebody else's. The breadsticks weren't fully cooked or even a standard size of a breadstick. They were so doughy in the middle. I would post pictures but it doesn't give me that option.

  Was delivered the wrong pizza, called the store and it keeps saying the store is closed. Third time this has happened. Never ordering from here again. (Bob belcher voice) “it’s the principle!”

  Service is horrible customer service is horrible spoke with the manager asked him when I was going to get my pizza he said he didn't know when they brought the pizza it was cold and like have been setting for like an hour or two hours before it even was delivered to me they took my money I tipped them just to get some trash I'll never order from there again

  I am writing this review to commend the professionalism of the manager, Gavin. I came to pick up a pizza over the weekend and observed an unruly guest screaming at Gavin and his staff. Whatever she was upset about, he handled it calmly and respectfully despite her rudeness. He is clearly a well trained and competent manager and I watched him delegate his team effectively through a busy rush. I didn’t mind waiting a little longer for my pizza because the whole team was clearly putting the work in to get through the rough night! I will be returning.
