  The employees are not the problem, the very low quality ingredients are the BIG problem. and they will not offer refunds when your sandwich is bad, $15 for a bad sandwich is what you will get at this location. Message to management, I will be filing a claim and informing the health department in carmel.

  Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery. Asked for them to be cut, they weren’t. My husbands Club Lulu sandwich had a VERY thin slice of turkey on it. My tuna sandwich didn’t have the bacon that I ordered and didn’t have the cheese, either. I called and spoke to the manager. He put me on hold while he “looked into it.” Was on hold for about 12 minutes. He said that he looked at the camera and that there was enough meat on the Club Lulu and they put cheese on my sandwich. (They didn’t)- He was literally arguing with me and calling me a liar (in so many words). I asked to speak to his GM and he said to call back tomorrow when she is there and then hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service and WAY over-priced for the quality of food they put out. If you want good food and good customer service, I recommend NOT going to this establishment.
