From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but what truly made my visit special was the amazing young woman Olivia S who helped me at the counter. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to be there, which made such a difference. You could tell she truly cared about giving great service and making sure everyone left with a smile. She took her time explaining flavors, offered thoughtful recommendations, and treated every customer with warmth and respect. It’s rare to see service that feels so sincere and joyful, especially at a brand new location. Combined with Graeter’s incredible ice cream, it made for a perfect experience. If you’re in or around Westfield, do yourself a favor and stop by this location. Amazing ice cream, a beautiful new shop, and the kindest service you could ask for.
