    Just went through the drive thru tonight and ordered 2 Chicken Alfredo’s and they didn’t have any chicken in them. The manager on night shift argued with me that I did not order chicken Alfredo. My receipt says two chicken Alfredo’s. Horrible customer service. So we are buttery noodles with no chicken. Our hotel was too far to drive back.

    Christian is one of The Best at customer service I’ve ever had the privilege of being around. Anytime we come he’s always friendly and accommodating of any need we might have. If you’re in Carmel, In during the work week, he definitely makes it worth the trip! Way to go Fazoli’s for hiring and keeping such a great employee.

    I always have had a great experience at this location. The staff and the management have always made me feel welcome. From me experience they treat the customers with patience and kindness. The restaurant is always clean. If I could give them mare than 5 stars I would.
