I wanted to share my frustration about what happened with my recent order. I ordered through UberEats because I had some credits to use. The app showed that my order was ready, so I came to your store to pick it up. When I arrived, one of your staff told me that it was still being prepared ("We're still working on it.") That was fine at first, but I ended up waiting for around 30 minutes and saw no progress being made. When I finally asked again, the same staff member said that they had run out of ancient bagels and that I needed to "ask the customer." I was the customer. Even if I had been picking up for someone else, your staff should have informed me right away that the item was unavailable instead of letting me wait without doing anything, until I asked. This experience was disappointing.

Born and raised in Carmel, IN. And I have never experienced more welcoming, kind, and amazing staff members running this like the marines. Truly this location brings a smile to my face before I have to face the horrors of running my own navy. Which is working at a school…. That’s besides the point - Please visit this location! My favs are Kelly and Cassie. Love these divas!!!!
