  I’ve been coming to this location for 10+ years and always feel welcome. Customer service is top notch, faces are friendly, everyone is hustling, coffee is unbeatable, bagels rock!! It’s just a fun, calm place to be, sometimes I even work there for a few hours at a time. Kelly makes the place tick, she’s excellent at “managing,” which is to say she does so by just being a pure leader. First Class as always!

  Disgusting food was obviously cooked in a microwave bathrooms were so nasty and dirty i couldn’t wait to get out of this place employees were rude drive thru was closed never coming back to this dump

  Absolutely love Einstein Bagels. My favorite thing they have is the jalapeno salsa cream cheese!!! Put that on a toasted bagel and it's so good!!

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit due to the unprofessional and insulting behavior of an employee named Kelly (Tall African Women) While placing my order, the cashier was unsure how to apply the coupon because gourmet bagels require an additional charge. She asked Kelly for help. Kelly initially said the issue was because it was the last day of the coupon, then changed her explanation and said the coupon would not work because the order included gourmet bagels. I calmly explained that the coupon clearly states gourmet bagels are allowed for an additional charge, which I was willing to pay. I even showed the coupon on my phone while ordering. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, Kelly began blaming me, saying I “didn’t know how to order” and that I should have explained the coupon conditions beforehand. She raised her voice in front of other customers, made judgmental comments, and embarrassed me publicly. When I asked her not to pass judgments or make comments, she loudly responded, “Let me fix this or you can leave.” This was humiliating and completely inappropriate. At that point, I stopped responding because of how insulting the interaction was. Another employee completed the payment and handed me my order. Kelly was not even taking my order, yet intervened only to scold and lecture me instead of helping. I am a regular customer — I come almost every Saturday and often on Mondays. I love the food at this location, but this particular employee consistently ruins the experience. If this were not such a convenient location, I would not return because of her behavior. This incident left me feeling disrespected and embarrassed, and it is unacceptable customer service.
