People actually care about you and your order. I haven’t been to Dunkin since 1984. The old Dunkin was amazing. When I came here and got ice cold hash browns, I asked for a complete refund on my order. Left and went to Starbucks. My hash browns were not lukewarm warm. They were ice cold. Starbucks would never serve ice cold food. I know. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. It’s lazy and a sign that employees don’t give a crap about their job when they serve ice cold food. Don’t blame the renovations. I’ve been to many Starbucks undergoing renovations and still got 5 star excellent service. I WILL NEVER RETIRN TO ANY DUNKIN AGAIN.
