    So disappointed with this franchise. I used to love Donatos growing up in Indianapolis. They served my favorite pizza and were well worth the extra money. Don’t know what happened but now the pizza quality is garbage, the service is horrendous, and the store is a disaster. I gave them a second chance tonight. Ordered door dash. Got a call from my driver telling me they “never received my order” and had already closed the store. Asked the driver to hand the phone to the manager and she said “store closes at 10”. I said “well your order was accepted well before 10”. She says “I was told we can close the store if we don’t have any orders by 9:45”. I told her my order was placed well before then. She says too bad for you. My favorite pizza place has become a joke. Do not support this franchise unless the owner sells. I really want to support this business, but enough is enough.

    I ordered pizza last night from this store. I asked for delivery. Only received an email stating my pizza was on its way and would arrive at 9:40pm. Pizza never came. I called multiple times. No answer. Called again and they closed the store. I would like my money back.

    Excellent pizza. We have it everytime we are in the Indy area. Wish there was one in Fort Wayne. Pizza is almost as good as in Italia. Great crust and not greasy. Great staff. Clean. Can't be topped.
