However when my husband came home he was not happy and stated that this quality was unacceptable especially because we paid our money, when he called the store so they could rectify the situation the employee was extremely rude and very dismissive! We order from dominoes all the time and our very dissatisfied with our service today!

When you call in they laugh at you and then the manager accuses you of lying and screams at you before hanging up. I’ve never been treated so awfully by a person supposed to be working in customer service in my life. She doesn’t let you get a word in edgewise, doesn’t listen, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t offer alternative solutions and talks over you. She has zero compassion or understanding and defaults to a combative and insulting attitude and even accused me of lying. Why would I prepay through an app and tip the driver 25% to drive less than three miles for a delivery and then lie about receiving it? All she had to do was apologize and say that they would have it right out to me, but instead…she just had to accuse the customer of lying and argue to win, not to make the customer happy. A person like that will hemorrhage money out of a business. Overall terrible experience and I’m honestly in shock but hey, at least the “manager” got the last word and the opportunity to feel like a hard ass in front of her laughing employees.
