  The rice was bad when I was eating my burrito I kept spitting out the rice because of how hard the rice was it made the whole burrito bad I did not finish my food because of how bad the rice was

  Customer in front of me had a celiac allergy. I was super impressed by the way the staff handled it and took the appropriate precautions during the dinner rush. Well done, Chipotle!

  Another example of a “restaurant” that wants to be a mobile kitchen. There is one person serving in person customers and the line is outrageously long. Cashier is standing bored, helping no one. Mobile orders guy is putting out orders fast, but has lots of orders filled at sitting there getting cold. I wish locations like this would just be clear that they only want online orders for pickup.
