  Place was dirty. They were out of vegetables and not willing to make more. We were told they were under staffed so no one prepared anything for the day. People left because they were even out of rice!! Employees stood around instead of cleaning up the facility. Disappointed this store has not been open very long. I hope the owner pays attention.!! Disappointed.

  Food was acceptable but not very flavorful. I got a bowl with 2 proteins (chicken/barbacoa) & neither had the char grilled and/or spiced as normal. Both portions were so small that weighed together they wouldn't have made 3 ounces. I can get a 6 ounce steak at Chilis with the sides for the same price. Requested a wedge of lime to enhance my food and was informed that they do not provide lime for customers. I was even willing to pay for the lime, but they still declined my request. I am very disappointed in the flavor of the food and the willingness to provide a small wedge of lime to enhance the flavor. I do, however, realize that each location is responsible for the preparation of the food products, and there will be flavor variations, but there should be some standardization as far as seasonings and quantities.

  Stop supporting these types of businesses... they run people thru with zero pride in what they do. First off. Why are businesses getting away with not removing the snow on the sidewalks? The interior of the place is gross and the furniture is prison like. This is Carmel location?? wow! The customers from the area were so entitled. Why they would even eat here is so surprising. Maybe because they can bring their dogs inside to eat.. The person that made my order acted like he was in race to save his life. No regard for how he was throwing the toppings in my bowl with no customersbehind me. The bags of chips are like 12+ inches high with 2 inches of chips inside. The queso was cold and the food overall made me regret eating it. $30 for a kids meal a bowl and a very small queso with very little chips was disappointing. Avoid this place of you want a good experience.

  Literally every single time I go here I am paying a different price for the same food. The service is horrendous. Today I walk in with my brother to get burritos. He orders a chicken burrito, the cashier doesn't even charge him for protein, and he pays $9. I order a half barbacoa and steak burrito (so it would ring up as ONE protein, $12-ish dollars is normally what it is) and I'm rung up at $17.49. I'm like "woah, so that is not usually what I pay for!", and I am met with extremely rude responses, quite literally "you ordered a barbacoa and steak burrito (says this like 10 times interrupting me), that's how much it is, hurry up, there are lots of people waiting". I said, "can I get a water cup at least???", dude responds "NO". So I end up paying an absurd price and the burrito did not have a lot of food in it for what I paid for. Yeahh, so I would go to quite literally any other location. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened, there was an instance where another idiot cashier put corn on my burrito despite me never asking for it. The service here is terrible and no one knows basic communication. Waste of money and never consistent prices. Take your business elsewhere.
