    I ordered on doordash, and the result was remarkably unimpressive with failures at multiple stages. On the burger with "bacon" in the name, they managed to forget bacon. The burger patties were dry and the bun was burnt. On top of that, they also forgot to include the entire side of tots. I'm not sure how that is possible. The bag was not sealed or tied up, and the spot on the ticket for a signature to confirm the order was checked was conveniently blank. UPDATE: After calling and informing them of their mistakes, I was told I would receive a call the following day. I have yet to receive that call.

    Horrible experience at this restaurant. Our food was slow but was missing some items. We asked twice for the correct sauce for our food, which was never delivered. Finally after over a half hour with no sauce, we requested that they take back our order. Instead of an apology or replacing the order, we were rudely given our checks (even though we had intended to stay quite a while), with the words "show some respect" hand written on the bill. I will never again visit this establishment or any BW3 location.
