  I might give one more star if jasmine rice was an option. 😎 Fun atmosphere, but, not impressed with the food. Rice and chicken were too dry. Healthy options, was confused by all the sauce options to choose. I probably missed out on something.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Asian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and beautifully designed. The décor had a modern vibe with subtle traditional touches that made the whole place feel authentic yet comfortable. The staff greeted me right away with genuine smiles and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire visit. The food was honestly some of the best Asian cuisine I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. The seasoning was perfectly balanced — not too salty, not too sweet, just right. You can tell the chefs really care about quality and presentation because every dish came out looking just as good as it tasted. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted high-quality and fresh. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The service was fast but never rushed. The staff checked in at the perfect times and were happy to answer questions or give recommendations. They made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. On top of that, the restaurant was very clean and well-organized, which made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place you can go for a casual lunch, a family dinner, or even a special occasion. Overall, this place deserves every bit of five stars. Amazing food, excellent service, great atmosphere, and fair prices. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.   I had high hopes based on its reviews, and recommendations from relatives/friends. unfortunately my experience at this location was horrible. The food there was equally disappointing, and had an unexplainable taste. It did not meet my expectations at all. I won’t be returning to this location, and I will not recommend this location to anyone.

  I usually don’t like writing reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel like I need to say something this time, especially since this is a very disappointing experience. I normally go to the one near Castleton Mall, and the food is amazing there. I decided to get some food at the Carmel location this time since I was in the area and it was the nearest one to me. Although the service was good, the food was noticeably worse. It felt as if the rice wasn’t kept hot. Although the cold toppings were good, the hot options weren’t the best. I really like Bibibop and would want to come again to give it another chance, but I just can’t justify the food I received today.
