I don’t even know where to start with this review but I’m not sure what her name is but she is a little-sweet-elderly(at least I believe she is elder) lady with glasses and normally wears a ponytail. Anyway, Her custom service? Amazing. Her enthusiasm for her work? Absolutely top tier. This Lady works WAY too hard to not be appreciated so here’s my appreciation to show for you. I have never once entered this establishment and thought “hmmm I’m not sure I want anything from here, lets find something else” because let me tell you, the ice cream this sweet lady has every time I’ve went into this place is absolutely amazing and even the flavors I never would want to try, she helped me and talked me (NOT peer pressured) into trying these flavors I have never tried. Today she told me she had this new ice cream of the month called “The Ghrammy’s” And if you enjoy wanting taste the campfire sensational flavors then this one is for you. Simply because that sweet Asian lady never seems to fail to make me feel welcomed in her establishment, I ALMOST NEVER turn my back on her without giving her a tip no matter how much many I have walking into this place. SHE IS AMAZING AN SHE BE A STAR EMPLOYEE FOR ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK AND I HOPE YOU GET THE CHANCE TO SEE THIS <3

This is one of the best place’s to get ice cream. The Sweet Asian lady with glasses is ALWAYS SOOO NICE AND CARING regardless if she’s inquiring about your life or your experience and service she is giving. Of course for something really quick, you’d normally just go to McDonald’s or Dairy Queen etc.. Since the very first time I walked into this store and even now, it is such a wonderful and warming experience especially just going to get ice cream. Honestly that Sweet Asian lady with glasses is not only one the only people I see working in there 24/7, she is also the only person I want to expect to se simply because it will never be “just a regular experience” with her working there. If I were to be her boss she would almost never have to need anything for her store because I would do anything to make sure she is taken care of for ANY & EVERY day. We love you sweet Asian lady. (I never even thought about asking her for her name so I’m sorry that it’s just sweet little Asian lady)

I go to this bask in robins frequently and the ice cream is good. Today a worker was getting me my milkshake. She’s Asian and shorter, wearing a ponytail and glasses. She asked me what size I wanted, “medium, large?” I laughed and said small. She goes and makes my milkshake, then comes back with a medium size. I look at it and say, “that’s a big small!”, to which she replies, “Oh! Sorry, I accidentally made you a medium.” I know the price of a small milkshake is $4.50, so I would imagine the price of a medium is not much more, she even tells me it’s just a dollar difference after I look at her and tell her I ordered a small. It was obvious she didn’t want to charge me for a small, and don’t want to remake the milkshake. I ended up paying $10.50 for a medium milkshake, which is insane because it’s not anywhere near a dollar difference from $4.50, even with tax included. I also didn’t get a receipt so there is no way for me to verify what I paid for. There were people behind me in line, so I didn’t want to cause a delay and just left. I’m pretty mad about the whole thing, hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Jenny is the sweetest and has such a positive spirit! Even when I called the store to ask if they had Jamoca ice cream, she was kind and helpful on the phone. I live in Chicago but stopped by for a couple of drinks, she made them perfectly. Jenny is funny, kind, and brings great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Ask for Jenny she’s awesome!
