She is always so kind to them and she is the reason we keep coming back. There hasn't been a time that I've gone there and she wasn't working! She remembers everyone and is kind. She works her butt off! This is the only ice cream shop in Hamilton county open this late, even with their winter hours! And the service is just as good no matter what time of day you visit!

As someone who has tried every single flavor, there is not a single one I do not recommend because they got rid of the only ones I don’t like. 31/10. Jenny (their manager) is always so nice & friendly to everyone who comes through her door—ready with a smile and a kind word. Especially in the summertime, or really anytime, ice cream is a real treat and this shop never disappoints.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
