  So incredibly thankful for this team!! I had an order of bagels for a group this morning that I ordered at the wrong location, the error was totally on me. This team jumped into action for an wildly early Saturday morning order and offered to deliver them when I couldn’t get to them. The customer service was incredible. And obviously the bagels were good but it was the help when I really needed it that made the impact. If you are looking for catering or to just uplift a team of people, two dozen bagels from this team will do it. Additionally, this team deserves a raise or a bonus. Thank you thank you thank you!! 20 stars if I could give them!!

  Never had a bad meal and the staff are ALWAYS super friendly! They even give me Frank’s Hot Sauce for my delicious sandwich.

  This place used to have GOOD listeners at the window. The one hispanic chick, she panics at the intercom & the window absolutely every single time. And once i tell her I’m an awards member. She smacks her lips because she has to go back into the computer. I’ve been neglecting writing a review because i actually like this place. But this time after ringing me up for TWO Sandwiches just cause i asked her to ADD TURKEY SAUSAGE to my original sandwich. Every single time she is here. I will just drive off because i know i will get attitude & my order will definitely be wrong. She is not a good fit. Who hired her.

  I am really disappointed. Einstein’s had been a staple for me for decades, but it’s no wonder they seem to be shuttering their locations. The service here was terrible. There are so few people that go here now, they limited the dining tables to minimal seats so it isn’t so obvious, but it looks worse. There are giant post-its on the walls clearly leftover from a staff training. It emphasizes thanking their customers and taking ownership for their work. It doesn’t seem the lesson is working.
