    If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming here since I moved here almost everyday for months and almost every person working here is aware of this. The number of times I have been mistreated here by several of the employees is ABSURD! It is very evident that they do not care about their loyal customers. I should have stopped coming here a long long time ago!!!! I have had many terrible encounters. Today with my order I ordered half a dozen donuts because there was a $4 offer on the app. That was the only reason why I purchased them. When I got to the window I claimed a reward on the app so they scanned that barcode. I realized they charged me $8.49 for the half dozen donuts. I questioned the guy about it and showed him the app. Then he called someone else over. They are always speaking in a different language and people who speak English can't understand them. Before I know it there were about 4-5 employees at the window causing a whole scene. The guy tells me that barcode had to be scanned for the reward. Ok that is great info to know, but what about helping your customer get the offer applied to the order? They all appeared to be getting angry towards me like they were ganging up on me. They tried to give me 4 extra donuts and I told them I didn't want extra donuts and that I only bought the half dozen because of the offer and I just wanted it made right. The lady working there who has been 1 of the rudest came over and demanded I give the half donuts back to her. I told her I wanted to buy them, but at $4. I wondered why not ONE employee suggested refunding me and re-ringing it to scan the offer. I don't even work there and know obviously that was the SOLUTION to help your loyal custmer. I reminded them I am there almost everyday and they were just like "I know!". Ok, so was that not a cue to make things right?! I don't know what they planned to do with the donuts after they took them back, but hopefully they didn't plan on giving them to someone else! I ended up giving them back and getting them fully refunded because the lady seemed so angry with me that was all she was willing to do. Absolutely ludacris!!! I don't know what I have done to these people, but they seem to strongly dislike me. That was probably my worst encounter there, but I have others as well. The next encounter I would like to share is when I asked them to make my drink less sweet. It was a new drink to me and I didn't know what was in it to know how it was made. Apparently it was made with coffee milk and their suggestion was to put half coffee milk and an extra shot of espresso in which they charged me for. So the drink the way they normally make it has an upcharge for the cold foam AND they charged me for that without telling me thats how they were making it. I realized as I was pulling to the window that the drink was over $9!!! 😲 I questioned them about it and they told me that and I had to tell them I didn't consent to them doing that to my drink and it being over $9 and that was for a MEDIUM! The same lady got all up in arms with me like I didn't have a valid concern. I think they ended up altering the drink once I refused to pay that. I am not sure what they did, but once again they didn't seem to want to understand my stance and correct their error. The final encounter I would like to share is when I claimed a reward in their drive through on my app and when I got to the window the guy kept repeatedly telling me I used that reward already. I told him over and over I had just claimed it and it was brand new. He would not take my word for it! When a reward is used it disappears on the app so I don't know how that could even be possible. It was just for an extra shot of espresso, I do not know why he couldn't have taken care of me as their customer?? Dunkin, you have officially lost my business. I am not sure why someone would be in business to deal with customers if you do not want to treat your customers right. We will be filing an official complaint with cooperate.

    Walked in and the smell of sewage smacked me right in the face!! Turned my stomach and couldn’t eat the donuts. Should have just turned and left. Never going there again and not even a thought of eating donuts for awhile!
