  The place only had two people working. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and the food took another 45 minutes. Other restaurants in the area are much better.

  Tried walking in on burrito day when they advertised half price burritos. They told us it would take an hour to get the food because of all the online orders. They don't prioritize the patrons that dine in and tip their workers. Very disappointing.

  Our server was the worst server we have ever had. Didn't bring silverware, no napkins, brought us the wrong beers (they were draft and didn't know until he left the table). We tried their dip appetizer, the guacamole salsa wasn't very good, but the other 2 were great. The server never returned to our table the entire time we were there. I had to finally go inside, where he saw me and then asked if I needed anything, at which I responded with "yes, the manager'. It sucks that it was so terrible because the atmosphere is really great. They wouldn't comp us the beers, even tho they were the wrong ones. They did comp us the food and gave us free tacos on our next visit. Maybe next time they will get a better review.

  I was all hype to come and try this restaurant after hearing good reviews about it. The Margaritas were sweet very sweet. I order 2 tacos and they looked good but when I took a bite the taco was cold, cold like it was just coming out of the refrigerator, and took a bite of the other taco and same thing, cold. I asked the server if the tacos are supposed to be cold and he said no, I told him that both these tacos were cold like they just took the meat out of the refrigerator and put on the taco and add the toppings. The server took them back and had the cook "recook" them but they were still cold and the server told me, its cold because of the toppings. I told him, there is a difference. I felt that he didn't really cared and that my party (2) was bothering him. But I HIGHLY don't recommend this place, unless you want cold tacos.

  I hate to leave a negative review, but this experience didn’t feel like the Condado’s I’m used to. My husband’s tacos were extremely greasy, so much so that he couldn’t finish them. I ordered a bowl with chicken and Tex-Mex beef, but something seemed off with the chicken and I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. We ended up taking our food to go, but ultimately didn’t feel comfortable eating it and chose to go somewhere else. On a positive note, the staff and service were great, but the food quality just didn’t meet expectations this time.
