- EAEssence Adams2 days ago1.0Worst and slowest chick fil a ever. You wait 5 minutes just to get to the front and it’s been this way since they’ve opened. Compared to other chick fil a’s in the area definitely the worse ranked.
- MHMargaret Hopkins5 days ago1.0Since this place opened I rarely get a correct order. I’ve called and I’ve left reviews on the app when it asks for a survey. Nothing changes. Never once in my history at the 86th location or the Whitestown location, which have been around much longer, does this EVER happen. You can offer me a free sandwich all you want, but that’s not what I want. I want my CORRECT order. All I asked for was a chick fil a chicken sandwich which automatically has lettuce and a tomato and to add PJ cheese. I even clarified this. Get home and it just has PJ cheese. I’m tired of leaving here and not getting what I asked for - it happens at least 2 times every 5 visits. That’s too much. You all are notorious for leaving out requested condiments too or not getting the correct chicken I want on the Market Salad when I ask for grilled.

I'm so over them now. Everytime I try to give another chance same stuff different locations each time .

NOTE: while I otherwise like everything about Chick Fil-A (service, food, cleanliness, etc.) this is only with respect to their handling of gluten allergies and celiac. Not safe for those with severe celiac. Usually, our drive-thru experience is fine. They mark "red flag: gluten allergy" and are supposed to change gloves or wash hands prior to preparing our order. However, there is a huge difference between drive-thru and going inside. After the difficult experience of watching someone I care about get very very sick, we will not be ordering inside and trusting them to avoid cross-contamination in the future. Extremely disappointing.
