  It's been a long time since I've had Pizza Hut but I've recently decided to give it a try again over their competitors, namely Domino's. They've gotten my order wrong twice now, and they're not even complex orders, because it's entirely locked into whatever their app allows you to do, so it's just a failure to follow instructions. Beyond that, the most recent order was terrible - again, wrong, but the quality was downright atrocious and appalling. I got a thin crust pizza and it was completely plastered to the box. You couldn't separate the pizza from the box without either destroying the pizza or taking parts of the box with it. I have never had these issues elsewhere and for that reason, I will go back to boycotting Pizza Hut. This is probably the reason I swore off it previously, but I at least have a recent reminder as to why I never consider it.

  Stopped in for dinner early Friday nite, musta surprised the staff by eating in and not carrying out. Carpet in dinning room seemed to pull at my shoes, looked like a recent carpet cleaning or?? Something not quite rite here.

  I'm tired of giving pizza hut a chance. Every single time I pay extra for pan pizza I get hand tossed. I'm tired of being lied to that it's "correct" because they don't want to remake it. As far as I'm aware pan comes in a black box and it sits on a corrugated paper to keep it crunchy because it's thick and fluffy. Hand tossed is chewy and flat. The quality has gone down tremendously. This time not only was it wrong but the pizza was undercooked. I haven't ordered pizza hut in 6 months because the plainfield location gave me food poisoning that lasted almost a week. Now, I can't even order from Camby. The only positive thing I can say is the associates at the window are always nice.

  What the hell happened to this place??… ordered two stuffed crust pizzas for my boyfriend and I. Mine was so dry. I’m actually having to debate if they put sauce on it or not. Secondly, I’ve never in my life had a pizza so tough like the one. I just tried to choke down. When I tell you, the crust was tough I mean, my boyfriend could audibly hear the struggle of me just trying to get a single bite from across the room. It was that damn tough. Not nearly as much cheese in the crust as there used to be. After craving Pizza Hut for a hot minute and spending nearly $50 I honestly feel like I’m at least owed half the money back on this order because of how inedible the pizza was. It’s been years since we’ve had this location as we don’t live directly in Camby anymore, and I’m absolutely appalled at how much the quality of the food here has dropped. I don’t know if they are just made to be extremely stingy with sauce or just don’t feel like putting in the effort to actually put it on or what but that was dry as cardboard. Secondly, I don’t know if you guys are using expired crust or what the issue is to make it THAT TOUGH, but this needs to be fixed because as much money as we just spent here and to receive the quality of food, we did is not acceptable by any means!
