  Doordash sucks and pizza hut outsources all their deliveries to them. Doordash screwed it up and brought it back to the store and charged a 6 dollar delivery fee so I came up to the store and the actual staff took very good care of me and I appreciate. Thanks Tina and Hanna!!

  Fired the manager that was bringing in buisness just to back to no buisness incredibly slow service and consistently understaffed whoever owns this pizza hit clearly doesnt want it to do well the whole parking lot is filled with pot holes the lights/sign for the building is never on literally never can never tell if theyre actually open or not and now since they fire the manager that was trying to turn the place around its judy become worse and worse i waited close to an hour for 2 pizzas the other night and have now been here 20 minutes when I was told it was take maybe 10 as its in the oven also the pizza sucks and tastes like cardboard not to mention all the employees park in the very front of the building right next to the handicap spots

  (I'm a former food service worker with over 20 years in customer service.) When we walked in, two employees were messing with something behind the counter still facing us, no greeting, no words, no acknowledgement that we had walked in whatsoever. After a few minutes a 3rd employee shows up and finally attends to us. We had to order at the counter, which whatever, just felt weird for a sit down eatery. But then when ordering drinks, we wanted a pitcher (like we normally get at pizza huts) but no, our options were the 20 oz bottles or a two liter. So we opt for the two liter and then that's when we are told they don't have glasses. Ummm what? Then in the search for a table, most were still spotty with dried sauces. No one else was in there when we arrived, no napkins or seasonings or anything were on the tables, it felt as it's they were about to close, and we went at 5:30 on a Friday. Also part of the reason we chose pizza hut was for their iconic bread sticks... I should have taken a picture, these were a buttery mess, nothing like the bread sticks we know and love, not even in taste. The employee that helped us was nice enough, but not enough to counter the disappointing experience. And that's setting aside the fact that they were so expensive. I mean, I'm from Terre Haute, I can't imagine we're just doing it better than the norm. I originally put down 3 stars, but remembering and in comparison to ours the 2 felt more correct as I won't be going back.
