The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to clear up a simple misunderstanding about my order. Instead of helping me figure it out, she raised her voice at me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to yell at customers. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s drive-thru. I seriously can't even believe how rude the staff is. I won't be coming here again.

- KRkayleigh renaySep 30, 20251.0Ordered a mchicken no lettuce xtra mayo. instead got a mchicken with just barbecue sauce. not the first time i’ve had issues at this mceonalds. as well as going inside ONE time and the lady wasn’t even calling the order nunbers out. just setting the bags down. my food was cold by the time i realized my food was up there since she didn’t yell out any numbers. place needs ran better maybe new management or employees.
