  Ordered mobile. 3 hamburgers 1 sm. Frie. Went in to get. They said it was not ready. I waited 15 minutes until 1 of the employees said it was by the drive up windows sitting for as long as I have waited. They handed me the bag and said thank you. My food was cold the fries were limp. Why did they not ask if I wanted a new order. I was in a hurry anyway and could not elwait another 20 minutes. It's the McDonald's app supposed to speed up the process?????
