  Most of the time when I go in there, its a group of young girls goofing around. Half of the time they have the drive-thru blocked off for no apparent reason. Once time they had it blocked when I pulled up, went in to grab my online order, and someone was moving the cone when I walked out. They forget your items quite often. This particular visit, forgot the Au Ju for my French dip. Went back to get it. Get to work and find out there's no BBQ on my pulled BBQ sandwich either. BBQ is literally in the name of the sandwich. Highly disappointed with h This place and its one of 3 options I have for a close quick lunch.

  Dining room area was not clean and ready for guests, maybe it’s because it’s attached to a gas station but not what we expected. Food was fresh and we have no complaints there. However, if you want exceptional customer service just swing through the drive thru. The front counter staff appears inconvenienced because you are at the counter and DOES NOT LISTEN.

  We ate here on lunch break one of my coworkers used the rest room and I noticed he didn't eat his food. He told me they were out of soap in the bathroom. He was concerned whether the employees were washing their hands:(. Hopefully there's a sink in back that they were using.

  Food is taistier than it is good for you. After seeing a YouTube video on Arby's it's sort of difficult to actually go there. We were driving home from a trip and the choices were minimal.

  This Arby's is in Hagerstown ind. I am from Indianapolis ind. The food was so much better, and more if it. the girl working the drive thru was very nice and courteous. The place was clean, they had music playing inside and all the employees seemed to enjoy being there doing their jobs. We had a very pleasant experience here. Thank you Arby's!
