I accidentally left my card at the drive through and was charged for an order that wasn’t mine - these things happen. I called the next day and spoke with Sharnay and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I was worried refunding an amount for a receipt I didn’t have would take time (and I had to go on my lunch, so they were busy too), but she was quick and understanding and everything was ready. I was in and out with a refund receipt in a minute. Impressive team and standards at this location. I hope Sharnay gets the appreciation she deserves for her kindness and professionalism.
