The manager knew all about it. She says it's the machine not the crew. Which is okay but still I can't drink what I paid for . So I am out of the money and the frappe because I don't think I should have to wait for the ice to melt to be able to drink it. So what does she do to fix the problem.........That's what she did. Not a damn thing. She knows it his fault because of the machine. So stop making them until it's fixed. You don't even order a free one to replace it after YOUR machine is fix. Just very sick of me wasting my money because it's not the first TIME your machine isn't working right not the crew.. I am very over it!!! Value Customer!!!

Was polite and quick. - Atmosphere: Almost every table was significantly dirty. - Conclusion: Meh. Visited on a Saturday at 3pm.
