  New building, same terrible service this location is famous for. We waited 15 minutes for our food while it sat in the kitchen window while they made sundaes for an entire large family that came in after us. When they finally brought us the now cold food, the girl told us sorry, ice cream takes priority. After eating our room temp meal, we went back up and ordered a peanut bust parfait. We were working on another 15 minutes when it was finally brought to the table. So much for ice cream taking priority. At this point, we were the only customers. While waiting, we heard the 5 or 6 employees trading stories. Apparently, that was the priority of the night. I blame the poor service on management, or lack of.

  What is the point of a new building if the quality standards are not being upheld? While the food was good, it is unclear if the current state of the dining room is a result of understaffing or simply a lack of oversight and clear expectations. The owner and management of this location should seriously consider the standards they wish to project to the community. The most disappointing aspect is that the majority of the staff are young, first-time workers; failing to provide proper training and maintain high standards does not set them up for success.

  The guy taking orders was the nicest guy we have encountered at a fast food restaurant. So sweet and helpful!!!! Good job. !!!

  Went in for the free blizzard for veterans promotion and got food as well. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for the blizzard. I mentioned it to the employees at the drive-thru, but they had no idea what i was talking about despite asking about the promotion when I first pulled in at the speaker. I called the manager on duty and brought up the issue. She was very apologetic and professional, offering a full refund for my order.
