  Don't listen when you order then tries to get smart after you mess up the order. Left at speaker waiting for response. Customer service sucks. Drive thru worker on 4/8/26 needs training or find another job.

  I would give them 0 stars if i could. Wendy's should close this location before someone sues them. Fire them all and start fresh. Ordered a Baconator got 2 pieces of bacon and a barely put together yet smashed somehow burger. I literally can't go there and EVER get a decent meal. It's always a disaster.

  Do not waste your time here - had a mobile order & was told they aren't taking drive thru orders at 2PM on a Saturday. The bigger older woman with the orange hair is incredibly rude.

  I waited for a long time in the drive-thru. The person in front of me also waited a long time. I finally get up to the speaker, and I wait and I wait. Finally some lady comes on and says something that I can't understand at all. So I say hello hello. She finally comes back and says that it'll be several minutes before they can take any more orders. Which is ridiculous. So I left.

  Waited 9 minutes at the speaker before anyone acknowledged me. This was at 11:55 am. Took another 8 minutes to get my food. I opened my hamburger and it was cold! The cheese hadn't melted. I've read several negative posts on Facebook about this location, but I thought I would give them a try. Total failure for food and customer service. I will not return.
