  Don’t order from here. Consistently made wrong or sent wrong items. Ordered two sandwiches nothing was delivered no response and no refund.

  The food is ok. It's a sandwich. Not great, but not bad. Sandwich customizations are done successfully most of the time but not always. The delivery drivers seriously need to be fired at the Brownsburg location though. They are terrible and can't follow directions. I explicitly state that they should ring the bell and not leave my food on the ground, but nearly every time I order from them I have to keep checking the porch to see if they threw the bag and ran. They don't even extend me the courtesy of ringing my doorbell! How am I supposed to know my food is here and bug free when they just leave it on the ground and run away??? Seriously??? This place is freaky-terrible and we won't be ordering from this location again. Account deleted. App uninstalled.

  I had a terrible experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The employee who handled my order was extremely disrespectful and even threw my food at me. I’ve never been treated like that at any restaurant before. I’m really disappointed — I expect basic respect and professionalism when I spend my money somewhere. I also want to be reimbursed for my order, because the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. I hope management looks into this seriously and makes sure no other customer is treated this way.

  We had a wedding on Saturday and I was suppose to call and order 8 sandwiches on friday so they would be ready by 10:45 a.m. on Saturday for delivery. I completely forgot to place the order. So early morning on Saturday before they opened I called and a member of their staff answered and after explaining what happened he assured the sandwiches would be ready and they were. Such great customer service. And they even put a little card with congrats on your special day and they all signed it. They also gave everyone a cookie. So much appreciated Thank you Jimmy John's of Brownsburg!
