    They ran out of chicken tenders; but, they were very nice and allowed me to choose another item plus gave me a card coupon for free fries at any Wendy’s location.

    Haven't eaten here yet just road passenger with my wife to get the kids food, they messed up on an item so by the time we got the food they had gave us a better size. Alright in my book.

    Waited 15 minutes in line in the drive-through with nobody else in line just for them to mess up my order completely and have hard nuggets in cold food directly after pick up. Retrain or fire. Ridiculous

    10/7/25 - 11:10am Was told when I pulled up to the drive-through speaker one minute, 10 minutes pass before I said Hello.. I was told one minute again so I waited 5 more minutes at the drive-through speaker before I explained nicely that I had been waiting for 15 minutes to which I received no reply. I pulled around and there was one truck at the window I waited another 3 minutes before deciding to go inside to speak with a manager. Megan comes to the front to speak with me, I explain to her since she didn’t have a headset on what had happened. She copes an attitude with me saying they are under staffed I told her that being under staffed doesn’t excuse not communicating that thru the speaker. Instead of handling the situation like a manager she tells me she runs a 5 million dollar company and that if I want to apply there since I know everything then I can. At this point I asked her for corporates # she says it’s privately owned so I asked for her manager or bosses name, she tells me there is no one above her. The lack of professionalism and customer service is beyond comprehensible. I counted 5 people not including her in there working that I could see, only 3 guys inside eating with 2 already having their food and 1 truck in the drive thru. I’m still lost as to why no one could just say they are 15-20 mins behind especially just starting lunch knowing people have a certain allotted time (usually 30 mins.) before having to go back to work. I encourage the true owners to pull the cameras and check Megan on how to properly run a “5 million dollar company” before she runs it into the ground. I also have recorded no one responding back to me at the drive thru and the encounter I had with the “manager” who told me recording in a public area is illegal, her and the rest of your staff could use some serious retraining.
