  Worst Wendy’s to exist, had me sitting at the speaker for 10 mins when the line was empty and only one couple inside. This location is always slow just to get cold food. This location needs to be under new management or closed

  Perpetually short-staffed. My last time there they were "out" of several items so their menu was extremely restricted.

  By far the worst fast food place I have ever been too and that’s being nice lmao The lady that works there claims she is a manager but acts like a toddler throwing a tantrum every time she gets a customer, isn’t that the whole point of oh I don’t know YOUR JOB? Lord and don’t even try to be nice to her it just makes her ten times more of a witch. I’ve waited at least 25 minutes twice and the third and final time I just drove off because well at the end of the day it is fast food and ain’t worth the fuss but my question is why does someone continue to work a job they clearly hate?

  Was awful. Old chicken, double fried fries, the cashier (Michael sax oe whatever) was so damn rude and snarky. He made me so mad. I could have gotten passed the food, thats always hit or miss. But his attitude from the very beginning when we walk through the door was like we were bothering him, and an inconvenience, then he rolled his eyes and got an attitude when we took 5 seconds too long and weren't sure what to order, then again when he had to repeat himself on asking if we wanted chocolate or vanilla for our frostys.. when my THREE YEAR OLD got her chicken strips, we smelled them cause they looked spicy. Well they also smelled spicy so I took a bite and low and behold, they were spicy. I went to take them back up and he argued with me and told me that they dont make spicy strips. Well they did something to them cause they were god awful spicy. So I asked for them remade and he looked at me like I was the worse person in the world then walked away without saying a word to me and he told the cook to remake them and that he was sorry to THE COOK that he had to remake them. My daughter is THREE, and they WERE spicy so act like that with your mother but not me about my kid. Wow!! He then turned around and just looked at me like "why are you still standing here??" Didnt say ONE word. So I left the strips on the counter and walked away. We waited 12 minutes for these stupid strips to he remade, but guess what, they didnt look, smell or taste spicy! So tell me what happened cause thats weird! When we went to leave my daughter took a lap (running) around the dinning room and he gave me the evil eye the whole entire time. I looked at him and said "have the day you deserve, sir" then walked out. How rude and crappy can someone be? Especially in customer service? I know I'm not the only one who has had to complain about this guy, there is no way!!
