I don’t care for coffee so I’ve always gotten the hot chocolate because dunkin’s is pretty good, not watery, and enough chocolate without feeling like you’re having dessert. It’s a small thing, but I enjoy it and I enjoy dunkin’s specifically. For the past 6 months or so though, this Brownsburg dunkin specifically has been using water in their hot chocolate and I can’t prove it literally at all but like as a hot chocolate enjoyer they HAVE to be using Swiss Miss packets. I know this is not uncommon for a lot of coffee shops that offer hot chocolate but it’s annoying me because dunkin doesn’t, or at least the other locations have the decency to use milk with it so that it tastes much better. So this is me literally begging this dunkin to please go back to the original recipe or use milk with the packets or SOMETHING please because I just got a hot chocolate from this dunkin and AGAIN it’s disgusting, I don’t have this problem at any other dunkin, and I’m so annoyed and I have time today lol so please cause i’m gonna stop coming to dunkin okay love you bye
