- LLLee3 days ago1.0I’ve been to this location several times, and unfortunately the experience is always the same. They are consistently out of key items and never seem prepared for the busiest hours of the day. It’s especially disappointing since this is the only Chipotle in Brownsburg. There also appears to be a complete lack of leadership, which shows in the disorganization and poor service. By far, this is the worst experience I’ve had at any Chipotle location.

The service was great, greeted with a smile and very friendly and helpful, it's been a long time since we have really genuinely received a friendly smile at most food establishments so this was above and beyond. The food was excellent and delicious and the restaurant clean and well taken care of. 5 star experience all around!

And we saw at least one employee use those bathrooms. This is a serious health issue, especially where food is served! I wish we would've known before eating our food or we would have gone somewhere else.
