  Website said closes 12. Got there 11:30 waited and waited went up to window that had the store hours says 12. Person said it was closed. Maybe fix your signs or actually stay open till the signs say. There were three other cars waiting as well. The whole outside and inside was lit up. Iv worked in fast food and the lights outside are on a timer so when it’s closed the lights are off.

  Closed Lobby at 1 PM on a Saturday for “staffing reasons”. Sounds like poor management reasons.

  I always have nothing but issues with this McDonald’s. I’ve had to go back multiple times in a day for remakes, the staff is always rude and doesn’t care. Food is never fresh, or they close early. Worst place to eat in Brookville, for the love of god don’t go here 💀

  Dirty, bad food, and horrible service. The urinals are surrounded by urine, and the food is always hours old.

  Ordered a double quarter pounder not edible. Took it back to the counter and they made another one same so I said necer mind. Working north of this store about 20 minutes drove to the store ordered an sausage egg mcmuffin and a large coffee sugar but no cream. Went to eat my mcmuffin eggs cold. Went to drink my coffee creamer no sugar. Will not be back to this store. Person handing ordernout the window was not wearing Mcdonalds uniform not even sure he works there!
