The one time I was able to get food there it was good and done in a timely manner, but the last two times, they have been making their own hours and last night on 01/25/2026, I ordered a meal it was 10:15 and they close at 11, which was not an issue, they could have entered it in the system, that they were not accepting orders instead of taking my money and letting me drive there and everything is dark inside, so I had to drive to South Bend to get my food instead it was on my way home. I am not sure what is going on but they need to do better, its a nice place otherwise.

If you like pulling ahead and waiting 15 minutes for fries... This is your place to go. I've been here ten times at least and 9 of those times I had to wait for fries for at least 10 minutes.

The guy who took our order was very rude to us while taking our order and when we got up to pay he was even more rude! Its like dude if you dont like your job then quit. You chose the job, you literally showed up for the interview.

I live right down the road and I still go to Plymouth. Managers are not trained well and horrible with customer service. Food is constantly wrong, like how do you accidentally put big mac sauce on a quarter pounder and send it? Fries are always cold and managers refuse to replace them. The owners need to fix it or shut it down, considering they own most of northern Indianas mcds, it's no loss for them.
