The guy who took our order was very rude to us while taking our order and when we got up to pay he was even more rude! Its like dude if you dont like your job then quit. You chose the job, you literally showed up for the interview.

I live right down the road and I still go to Plymouth. Managers are not trained well and horrible with customer service. Food is constantly wrong, like how do you accidentally put big mac sauce on a quarter pounder and send it? Fries are always cold and managers refuse to replace them. The owners need to fix it or shut it down, considering they own most of northern Indianas mcds, it's no loss for them.

Ever since I moved to Bremen between 2 and 5 times a week I come to McDonald's and I get the same breakfast. A steak bagel with cheese.
I've even commented to the man in the first window (who has zero personality or people skills) how they should go ahead and just give him a cot in the back because he's there so much.... HE KNOWS my order because it's been the same all of the 100 and some times I've been here.... My consistency has even been commented on.
Today I come in order my same steak bagel, and they give me sausage after a 20-minute wait....
Now normally have this been chicken or anything else I wouldn't have said a word I would have just smiled and went on about my way because I know they don't damn well get paid enough for what they do I've been there.... I've been them on the other side of the counter...
HOWEVER I have been Torah observant now for 4 years and I haven't ate one bit of pork or had to pass my lips...
Because of their lack of professionalism lack of accountability and their indiscretion I have a whole mouthful of pig today
UNFORGIVABLE
I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS SPECIFIC MCDONALD'S AGAIN I DON'T CARE IF IT'S THE LAST PLACE TO EAT ON EARTH I WILL DIE OF STARVATION FIRST.
It wasn't just the fact there was a mistake made it was the shoulder shrug nonchalant attitude of every employee I encountered today even though I started out kind understanding and trying to be courteous....
FURTHERMORE IF MCDONALD'S CORPORATE CANNOT GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER THE WHOLE CORPORATION WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DAMN DIME FROM ME.

Mobile orders are to be done when the customer arrives, thats what they train us to do and that's legit why the "I'm here" option is a thing on the app. My fries were ice cold and wow you messed my sandwich up, pickle doesn't go on a crispy deluxe, you missed the tomato and I asked for cheese. Were I still a mystery shopper, you'd have failed miserably. Do better.
