I go in to pick up my order and the friendly associate working informed me that it would be about 10 minutes for the pies. That was no issue. They were not important but I didn’t have time to wait. I requested a refund. She stated that since it was a mobile order, I had to do it through the app. Again. No issues with that. My issues arises from the app stating that I have to go into the store for a refund and the store saying that I have to use the app. I am now out the money for the pies because no one can seem to process a refund. Granted it’s $4, but it’s the principle of it. Either the associate needs trained properly, or there’s a whole other issue here. If you’ve read this far, the food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s at 5am. No complaints about that!
