    I placed an order online, and unfortunately, the manager seemed inattentive. Although she acknowledged our mobile order, we never received our food, even though it was readily available. Furthermore, I had ordered a honey BBQ chicken tender basket but instead received regular tenders and only half a piece of bread.

    Every single time me and my family go to Dairy Queen the employees are absolutely horrible to us. I think there’s only been one time that my dad and I went inside and the lady running the counter was actually pleasant. Every other time has been through drive through and we are met with such hostility. My mother will be as nice as can be, and simply ask for a lid or straw and they act like it’s the end of the world. I hoped it was just a fluke the first few times but it’s definitely a trend now. We won’t be going back.
