Horrible and I mean horrible customer service. Worst restaurant In Bluffton. And to top it off the lady was real rude when we was just trying to order our food. How is this place even running still? This makes Atleast the 3rd time in two weeks

This is the 3rd time I order lg mozzarella sticks and I pull up to get my order and they are cold in the middle. I tried to call and they never answer the phone

Took forever to get my food then it wasn't right when I said something to the staff about my turkey club not having bacon they got an attitude like I was trying to rip them off for the bacon I told them I didn't even want a new or different sandwich just letting them know the went in the back and starred running their mouth.so I left.
It dont make since how the cost of everything is going up but service and quality is going way down

Food was good service was incredibly slow. Didn't have any sauce cups out. Napkins were empty. I asked an employee multiple times for sauce cups and never got any and it took almost 15 minutes to get our food

How does a place with no customers still make you wait just to order? At 12:30 in the afternoon, they were out of roast beef unless we waited half an hour. The cashier didn’t seem to know what was going on. We gave up and left hungry. Not exactly the kind of “fast” food you’d expect.
