The two workers were yapping with their coworkers and one even had headphones on to call someone. They didnt even try to hustle as they saw 5 people waiting on mobile orders and a line snaking around the restaurant. The ingredients in my bowl are stale as well.

It’s not reasonable to ask me to wait or guess when my food would be done. It was two burritos. If you’re so busy you are not able to fill orders you need to deny them. Not take my money and tell me to wait an egregious time.

First came in and the two individuals working the counter didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all. The one just kept his head down making an online order and the girl wearing the puffer coat just kept cleaning like she couldn’t be bothered. When the guy was done with the online order came to me and didn’t speak just looked at me. Made the burrito wrong the first time, by his body language and attitude he clearly didn’t want to be there or care about anything. After rolling the smallest burrito in the worst way to where it looked like dirty diaper and well apart after I got home and opened the foil. When I checked out the girl cleaning did not remove her gloves with cleaning chemicals all over them to hand me my food. She also didn’t seem to care or want to be there. Worst $18 I’ve spent in a long time.
