  There was a piece of sharp plastic in my burger. I went to talk to the manager and he tells me “that looks like something burnt are you sure that’s plastic”. When I pick it up and show it to him, he acts like I was crazy for pointing this out to him and angrily remakes my order as if I did something wrong. The manager was a younger man with a vest. I’ve had hair in my food here before, never coming back. Horrific place and very slow.

  I ordered one small Diet Coke and one large Diet Coke. When I got to the window, I politely asked the girl if I could have a little more ice in my large drink. Then another employee came over, I don’t know her name, but she had a lot of tattoos on her arms and her makeup was bad. She immediately responded with a very rude attitude and said, “WHAT? They all come with the same amount of ice.” She then said I’m supposed to ask for extra ice and handed me a cup full of ice in a very dismissive way. I was honestly shocked by how she spoke to me, so I replied that there were only about four ice cubes in the drink. As I was leaving, I could hear her laughing under her breath about the fact that I said there were four ice cubes…which I apologize there were 5 to be exact. The whole interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. Definitely always ask for extra ice when you get a drink, because apparently their rule is 5 ice cubes per drink!

  I'm surprised McDonald has survived so far. The only thing I like about it is the free treats and rewards especially on a Sunday. Low quality and taste, cheap food overall tho.
