  Yesterday i was given the wrong sub. Ordered ham.. was given tuna. Which i hate but was on my lunch break so had to eat. Today ordered potato salad and chips with my meal... didn't get the potato salad. Also ordered vinegar and oil on my ham and i don't believe it's on my sub. I like the food when it's right so i give a 4 star review. But pretty ridiculous now to have my ordered messed up twice in a row. Id appreciate if some one could reach out to make this right.

  I waited for over an hour for 2 sandwiches. They lost our order. It wasn't ever made or delivered. I have never been so mad!!!! Lots of excuses, but not alot of effort to make it right. We had to literally drive to pick up our order.They refunded the delivery charge and tip, not the food!!!! I expect all of my money back. Let's wait and see if the owner makes it right. I have serious doubts about thus owner and his store.

  Forget freaky fast…this place is not even fast. I placed a pickup order for an hour ahead of time and they were still 45 minutes late! It took those kids almost 2 hours to prepare 4 sandwiches…Last time I also placed an order and waited 15-20 minutes to pick it up before pulling up to the drive through (thought I would err on the side of caution). They told me to pull up and wait at the window. I sat there for at least another 15 minutes watching them yap with each other before I finally got my food. You’d get faster service in a fancy sit down restaurant than taking 45 minutes to make a sub for crying out loud! This place needs new staff.
