  Their Instagram post makes it seem that they think they're entitled to parking spots paid for by another local business. There are many online who are upset enough to not patronize the new business even though they have yet to even open or announce themselves. Creating this conflict is in poor taste on the Moose's part... and a complete shift from the local business friendly attitude they have become known for. I will no longer buy their overpriced ice cream due to this.

  This place would not allow my brother to pick up his own order although he had proof of his purchase on his phone. They argued with him & refused to give him his order without checking his phone to see his proof of purchase. A woman employee acted as if he was a door dasher trying to steal food. It was not until his fiancee walked in trying to claim the same order that they handed her the order without question. My brother is Black & his fiancee is White. This behavior is disgusting, revolting, and unacceptable. If bias is allowed to exist in this space then it is not a Safe space for Black people & People of color to eat or purchase anything from. I will make sure that everyone I know will no longer support this business. -100/10 Horrible service Bias employees Not a Safe Space for all...

  Completely strict and biased to who they choose about picking up mobile orders. Wouldn't let my partner who is black pick up a mobile order for me already paid for with store credit. they didn't care to work with him even though he had screenshots showing the order summary and order name. When I came in to pickup the order, they were about to hand it to me when I let them know I was upset cause I was sick having to come in and get the order. they said they had dashers steal orders before ... hes not a Dasher and is picking up an already paid for mobile order with $7 credit. Gave me no problems grabbing it until I was upset with them and didn't wait for me to hit picked up order button very biased rules. Won't be coming back if you're that strict over ppl stealing ice cream let doordash handle it and care to check if it's a pickup order
