It is against their rules to get more than 2 mobile orders from the drive thru. Instead you must pull around the outside of the restaurant to pick up a third. In order to pull back around you must turn left on a busy street and then turn left again into the parking lot. Seems like an accident waiting to happen. After all of that they also forgot to include chips with my nachos but trust me it’s not worth it to pull around a third time.

I’ve had multiple missing items per order, none of the customizations are followed, the chips are always either burnt tasting or smothered in salt, sometimes even the type of meat is incorrect. I gave 2 stars because, rarely mind you, the order is correct and the food tastes awesome. Most of my issues happen between 6 & 12am, so if you’re planning to order delivery I’d avoid that time frame. Delivery drivers can’t check your items without breaking the seal on the box/bag.
