    I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order ahead of time thinking it would make things quicker, but I still ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru and there were only about five cars in line. SO ANNOYING. What made it even more frustrating was watching employees inside laughing and joking around while customers were sitting there waiting on their food. To make things worse, my food wasn’t even hot when I finally got it. If customers are going to wait that long, the least you can do is make sure the food is fresh. The whole system clearly isn’t working the way it should, especially for mobile orders. I really hope management looks into this because this experience was extremely frustrating and not what I expected. Just wanted my damn Crunchwrap bro I’m mad. Anyways hire some new people or do SOMETHINGGG. #willnotbeback

    Absolutely trash. Food was great and good customer service but the atmosphere of that place is ABSOLUTELY TRASHHH! Went in to use restroom before ordering food and there was a pipe in the trash doors was broke needle caps in toilets and when I told manager all he said was ok
