    We had two platters delivered for a meeting and the guests were very pleased with the options. The driver called me to ensure I was aware he had dropped off the order to the front desk and I truly appreciate that, as I wasn't told until almost 10 minutes later that it had arrived.

    I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the incredible service I received today at Roly Poly. I was given a last-minute request for a fairly large lunch order, and due to the time constraints, I couldn’t place it online. I drove to the store, and Misty, Jen, and Angelo absolutely saved the day! They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly to knock out my order without hesitation. Their teamwork and positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience.

    My office put in an order with Roly Poly for a work event. We got charged $30 for "IU Special Deliver Package - platters, tongs, domes, and napkins"--none of which were provided. While the food was decent, this gross overcharge and apathetic management (whose response was "we'll give you extra napkins next time") will have me advising anyone to work with someone else for such events in the future.

    Great mini "catering" experience. Used their online ordering system to have delivered with no problems. When I learned DoorDash was going to be delivering, I reached out requesting that they deliver instead, as we have not had good experiences with DoorDash. They wrote back immediately canceling the DoorDash service, and delivered themselves. We had a small special request with a menu item, and it was executed beautifully. All in all we had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely use again in the near future! Thank you!

    Even though I was slightly early for my pick up order my food was ready quickly. Nice quick lunch spot that you can order online and pick up quickly. I had the Key West Cuban. I highly recommend it.
