I come here all the time for lunch, but about a month ago after they finished renovations, everything changed. It seems like they fired all the previous employees, and the new staff is very slow. I order through the app and I can tell that they don't start making my order until I arrive.
I really don't understand what could've motivated this sudden change in staff, but it's bad. The new staff is slower and less friendly.

I came in last night my chicken was burnt, I asked for a refund and was told they didn’t give refunds and tried to give me another meal instead. No Thanks

This place is not what it use to be. I went in to grab some food while I was on lunch. They were slow there weren't many other people there when I went in. The staff were slow to help and their attitudes sucked. They were more worried about gossiping and cussing loudly. Then when I asked questions regarding a food allergy I was told they had no idea and maybe I shouldn't eat out if i had to ask so many questions. I was floored. I also noticed there have been a lot of new faces lately. I am not impressed. A side from the rude staff and poor service the floor felt like you were walking on glue they were very sticky and the lobby smelled like rotten produce. Several of the tables had trash on them and hadn't been cleaned. I don't think I will be returning to Qdoba for a while after this experience.
