  The manager on the phone is lacking basic knowledge of policies. They have lied to us twice. Once by saying they would add 3 dollars worth of items (with an 8 dollar tip) spoke to "manager" who said they would "fix" the order. Long story short he didnt fix the order or even call back to confirm. In the future I'm going to try to order from another location. Strongly urge corporate to check on this location for policy management. Attached is a photo of 4+dollars. 2 exta peppers and 2 extra anchovies. I see 1 pepper and barely any anchovies

  Went in to pick up an order tonight and the poor girl at the counter was nice to the customers but had impatient customers keep asking for their food when she had already told them the orders were not completed yet and her coworkers were making sure the orders were boxed correctly. She apologized professionally and profusely. She was asked by someone to stop putting the stickers, with order numbers on them or customer information, on the boxes because it was confusing the people boxing them. Not sure how that is confusing. Then she was told to stop giving out the orders because they might be wrong but then a few minutes later the other workers were upset that she wasn’t calling out names and handing out orders. The poor thing was doing what she was told and at the same time being made to feel like she didn’t know what she was doing. My pizza was late but delicious. I understand being busy on IU game nights but it needs a manager overhaul or at least better management on how to do game nights. Customers were mad at the girl at the counter who just did what she was told. I personally suggested she quit or go to upper management. She’s always so kind and polite and didn’t deserve the treatment from coworkers and staff she was receiving. This isn’t the first time she was treated this way that I have personally seen.

  The 2 employees that are here are extremely nice and hard working. They had 2 over 20 pizza orders and busted them out insanely fast.

  One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Dry and unflavorful. The toppings were supposed to be on one half but instead they were on just a quarter of it and very little.
