    My husbands quarter pounder was raw it wasn't done They never answer their phone every time somebody calls or I call none of the McDonald's still, they don't make your food right. I don't know how many times this is, like the third time that I tried calling them, because they got our order around McDonald's is a joke.

    I went in yesterday morning January 2nd got a big breakfast and a egg McMuffin sandwich and I didn't get a hash brown this morning January 3rd I come in get the big breakfast and the Egg McMuffin and I didn't get my pancakes so I want my money back for the hash browns or for the pancakes if I paid for something I want the whole thing

    I hadn't eaten at a McDonald's in over 6 years, this stop reminded me of why I quit eating at McDonald's. Food was cold and hard.

    SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! My pregnant wife was craving a Big Mac so we came for food. WE WAITED 40 MINUTES AND NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD. Without even giving us an option for our food, I received some weird excuse that they couldn't make our food and that I needed to go on the app to get a refund. So bizarre. What awful service. We've received slow service from this location in the past but never been forced to leave empty handed. Update: @McDonald's your feedback website is not working for me. I've tried to submit this twice and it is not working.
