  Forget freaky fast…this place is not even fast. I placed a pickup order for an hour ahead of time and they were still 45 minutes late! It took those kids almost 2 hours to prepare 4 sandwiches…Last time I also placed an order and waited 15-20 minutes to pick it up before pulling up to the drive through (thought I would err on the side of caution). They told me to pull up and wait at the window. I sat there for at least another 15 minutes watching them yap with each other before I finally got my food. You’d get faster service in a fancy sit down restaurant than taking 45 minutes to make a sub for crying out loud! This place needs new staff.

  They always have good sandwiches. The new store in Ellettsville still has a few kinks but doing ok. I did not appreciate the little girl who was too busy staring at her phone to take my order or payment or give me my receipt because her phone and texting back was more important! Other than that they've improved greatly.

  Nothing freaky fast about this place. Ordered at noon and got my food just before 1......I live pretty close to this location which is mind blowing as to why it took an hour for my order. Never again! Ridiculous!
