This review is based off of going in this store almost daily for work purposes. They are definitely not friendly, definitely very slow. Worst in Bloomington. Spend your money at Square Donuts or Parlor. They will provide a much better experience and their donuts are better as well.

The person(s) responsible for filling the nakpin dispenser ALWAYS overfills it so you can't get anything but shreds of napkins. Get used to doing it more often. You're not saving yourself any work and I can't get a napkin. 75% of the time, my avocado toast with Bacon is missing the bacon. Lastly, whoever trains the people who sweep/mop, steer them away from mopping with strong chemicals *underneath* customers trying to eat. Nothing less appetizing than cleaning chemicals. Similarly, don't sweep underneath people. Come back when they're gone.
