  This will be the last time we try this location. Every time and I mean Every time we go here they are out of something. Corporate needs to be aware of how this spot is being ran. Small portions, rude staff and a crappy experience yet again. If your going to make people wait cause your out of rice, chicken, veggies then you should also let them know that your portion will also be cut in half to make it through the night. Very dissatisfied because now I have to eat my bowl cold at another location across town so my husband can get a burrito. Corporate will be contacted soon

  Went to order a burrito and the guy at the counter started making fun of my food, laughing at my requests, and commenting on my food to other employees. Never going to this location again.

  Literally the past 4 times in a row they've been out of chicken. Also, the trash cans are always overflowing and it's never clean. It sucks we finally got a Chipotle over here and it's horribly managed.

  Well, here’s how it went down lol: (Drives up in chipotlane, they can’t find my food)“Sorry I think I ordered from the wrong chipotle” Drive thru girlie: “It’s ok! It’ll be hard to get a refund online so just reorder in here and we’ll make it $0 since you already paid” (I go wait in line, once I get up to order I tell her the situation-she goes to get the boss) He says “what did you order” Me: “Two bowls and a quesadilla” Him: “Omg that’s way too much food, like $50. We’re not gonna make that” (uhh rude) Me: “It was $33 and the girl at the window said you could” Him: “Well I’m her boss and we’re not doing it. Go to the other chipotle to get your order” Me: “It’ll be cold” Him: “Then get a refund in the app” Me: “She just told me they won’t be able to..Can you show me how?” Him: “I don’t use the app so no” LMAO Me: “Fine I’ll just order in the store I guess. Are you able to make my quesadilla at least” Other employees on the line: “No” I left the store-that was genuinely one of the rudest managers I’ve encountered. I’m so sorry to the girl who told me she could help me-she was nice and trying to provide decent customer service. Sorry you have to work under that guy.

  Absolutely nightmare logistically. They are ALWAYS out of something if not half the menu options. The spaces aren’t clean either with the counter where they make the food being filthy most times. They always have super slow service, skimp out on portions, and random employees just standing around while there’s a long line in the store. Just not worth a single penny.
